WHAT IS A RIGHT
A right is a legal claim to something.
CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS
Rights mentioned in the text of Constitution.
EXTRA CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS
Rights not mentioned in the text of Constitution.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Rights made by parliament or made by the laws passd or a table passed by the parliament.
FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS
These rights are named so because without these right an individual can not grow to it's full potential or we simply can say for the growth of an individual some rights rights are fundamental in nature,some rights are indispensable. Without these rights an individual growth is not possible. That's why these rights are called FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS.

Rights can be of two types
- constitutional rights
- statutory rights
Constitutional rights contains fundamental Rights and other constitutional rights.
Statutory rights are like right to transfer property,right to marry, right to divorce,MNREGA etc.
- In Constitution of India many fundamental Rights are inferred under part 3 and article 12 to 32.
